We're used to working with remote and distributed teams. We work asynchronously because most of our clients are in the Bay Area. Typically we communicate through Slack and hold one weekly sync meeting between 3:00 and 6:00 PM Amsterdam time. We also aim for daily updates. Clear written communication is a core part of how we work.
